Meet Teri Isner

Teri Isner is a REALTOR® in the Orlando, Florida. She provides real estate services to all 5 surrounding counties with The Orlando Avenue Top Team. As a real estate specialist, she has had intensive education in the real estate field and this is shown by the letters after her name. GRI, for instance, means she is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute and a CRS or Certified Residential Specialist. The RECS designation means she is a member of the Real Estate Cyber Society and her favorite designations include the CIPS or Certified International Property Specialist and CyberStar group affiliation. She began her career in New Mexico in 1989, and has worked in Orlando, Florida since 1996.

Prior to real estate, Teri lived in England for 25 years. she is married to a military veteran and helped countless military families move successfully here and abroad. She supports Vets and encourages them to use the website.

She serves on the International Committee when called on at the Greater Orlando Board Office and is consistently a top producer at her Keller Williams Realty Office. Teri has also been awarded the highest production Platinum Award given by Keller Williams. She has also co-authored two books for buyers How to Make Your Realtor Get You the Best Deal and one for sellers Get the Best Deal When Selling Your Home.

She has a Bachelor of Science and Masters Degree, taught music from elementary school to University and has traveled extensively around the world. Her marriage to Bill is her greatest joy. They met and married in England in 1986 and are still going strong! Teri believes in owning investment property herself and has been actively buying and selling for over 25 years both in the United States and abroad. She loves the Florida lifestyle and finds pleasure in helping others own a part of it.

Monthly publications include full pages in luxury homes magazine and Harmon Homes. Other advertising includes Open House announcements which are published online. Just listed postcards are mailed. Flyers are put int the brochure box by the sign, and color brochure's are left in the house.The team also offers address specific websites and a variety of international web site exposure and print brochures are available from the sites as well. Brochure Productions and Dissemination

It is through Teri's years of experience that a fact sheet should be on premises in the home for the benefit of the buyer and the buyer's agent. Since the multiple listing sheets are over simplified, insufficient information about upgrades and inclusions needs to be profiled more substantially. The Teri's staff takes photos, and creates a brochure that is reviewed by the Seller prior to printing and should be completed within the first week of the listing. An acrylic holder or homebook is provided to the homeowner to display the brochures. A total of 25 brochures are targeted for the home showings. The average number of showings to written offer is 10 to 15, given the correct pricing and average availability of similar housing.

Direct Mail

Teri takes advantage of Keller Williams direct mail postcard and letter campaign announcing the availability of new offerings in specific geographic areas close to the home. Additional mailings are scheduled homeowners to let them know where we are advertising! Part of our direct mail also includes follow up with an e-mail plan. The Multiple Listing Service also provides agents with automatic changes to keep all buyers and sellers up to date with the latest properties available.

Updates and Communication

Teri believes in an automated office and implements many software programs that integrate the details and many steps required to effectively market a home. Her top choice is tp7i which provides personalized action plans to keep you updated on a regular basis. This includes a summary and update of activities that have been completed and initiated throughout the marketing process. These reports are mailed or faxed every 15 days. Feedback is secured from agents that have shown the property on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays and a personal follow up call is also made every week, when available. The 1998 statistics show that in order to receive one feedback commentary from an agent a series of 6.7 phone calls are required. Since Monday through Weds. are Broker/Agent tour days, and the lack of cooperation from some means that our assistant does the best she can to provide you with all comments. Digital feedback is preferred when e-mail addresses are available. Other arrangements can be made if required.
